Meet Our Leadership Team
Ron launched his first company out of college, creating and selling an innovative electronic differential controller for the solar industry and had a successful exit. Since then, Ron has built a reputation for incubating new business models into mature revenue generating engines, developing market entry strategies for emerging companies and tech giants alike, and building out global channel and strategic partner programs.
As a tech executive, entrepreneur, and expert in B2B sales, marketing, and business development Ron helps tech companies sell more software, products and services to accelerate revenue growth. He has played a vital
role in growing revenues for both startups and established companies, achieving over $300 Million in sales revenue, as well as instrumental in raising more than $100 Million in venture capital and through IPOs.Ron’s previous roles include CEO of a venture-backed wireless startup, division GM, executive VP of sales, VP of marketing and business development, and quota-carrying territory salesman. Ron is proud to serve on the Advisory Board of the internationally recognized tech business incubator, Innovate, at the University of Florida and also writes a popular business column for Florida Trend magazine. In his spare time, Ron plays jazz and blues trombone and rides his bike as fast as he can.
Mike has experience in all aspects of the digital workspace, selling software, data center, data communications, intelligent automation, and telephony solutions. As a senior sales executive he has extensive expertise selling for startups and industry leaders including AT&T, Paradyne Networks, Raritan and a software as a service (SaaS) helpdesk leader ThinkOwl.
Mike is skilled in selling complex solutions, prospecting into C-level decision-makers, and creating long-lasting business relationships that resulted in millions of dollars of revenue. Over the course of his selling career, Mike has opened new markets and introduced new technologies that replaced outdated ones. He is known for building trust with his customers who depend on his attention to their business needs.
Mike’s passion is helping sales teams win through disciplined efforts which define the product’s niche and to execute strategies and tactics that close business. His passion for winning was learned through his college football career at Benedictine University (formerly Illinois Benedictine College) where he was selected for the NAIA District 20 All-Star Team. For fun and exercise, Mike can be found working out, managing the homestead (inside and out) and watching football on Sunday afternoons.
William brings a unique set of senior management, business, technology, and product marketing and selling skills to client engagements. During his three decades at the forefront of the tech industry he has led teams to develop, launch and support products at both large telecommunications companies as well as several start-ups. Most recently William founded and helped grow an on-demand cloud-based video company to $94M annual revenue and achieved a $475M exit for investors. Throughout his career William has held various senior management positions in product development, technical support, sales, supply chain management and contracting.
William has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Alfred University. On the weekends, you can find William running on the beach or hanging out with his two labradoodles.
